Sarah’s book pulled me through like a good novel you don’t want to end! She is full of life an like these photos, she shares both the light and more serious sides of what is under the surface that ultimately (whether we fully realize it or are ready for it), we all want to shift with new habits.
Sarah’s idea of “micro-dosing wellness” into each day makes taking on new habits and diving deeper into ones you’ve been working with.. actually doable.
And, as a parent, I can honestly say, that (especially when kids are smaller), “doable” feels so far away with all the demands of each moment and day!
